The Cortices Technique has always been a tool I like to teach to all my clients as it is so easy to learn and apply. It can be done at any time of the day and works cumulatively. The more you do it, the more it helps. Feel free to use this every time you feel you need some grounding. Especially during these testing times, it can be nice to stop and breathe for a couple of minutes and reset your brain to gain more clarity and feel a renewed sense of well-being.
